Venue

The Sava Convention Centar is located within the central business district of Belgrade, in New Belgrade, in close proximity to the hotel area in New Belgrade.

It is easily accessible by road, and close to a large number of hotels of various categories, excellent public transportation connections, and a distance of approximately 15 kilometers from Nikola Tesla Airport.

The Sava Center is a landmark of historical significance, making it an excellent venue for the IEA World Congress. Conceived for international diplomacy, its core is the Blue Hall, built to host the 1977 Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe. This space, the largest in the region, has since hosted major events, such as a World Bank meeting and cultural performances. As an architectural masterpiece nominated for the inaugural Pritzker Prize and declared a cultural monument, the newly renovated Sava Centar offers an outstanding setting for the Congress. By choosing this venue, we align our Congress with a tradition of global dialogue dedicated to building bridges between nations.
